Skills & Experience: Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in the banking industry, Experience in Retail Banking Operations, Strategic Planning and Implementation, branch network development and coordination.

Core functions: Implement Retail banking strategy targeted at the micro and small businesses; develop branches, direct the creation of risk assets, liabilities generation and balance sheet building. Support the achievement of financial and operational objectives.

Competencies: Must posses good understanding and proven experience in retail banking operations.

Other conditions: Ideal candidate must be below 38 years of age.

HEAD FINANCE & CONTROL

Qualification: First degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance, MBA, ACA/ACIB (essential)

Skills & Experience: Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience preferably in banking
industry. Experience in finance control, risk management, financial systems implementation control, process design and reporting.

Core functions: To maintain and manage the company’s books of account and manage financial risk. Ensure appropriate check control systems and mechanisms are implemented. Coordinate the preparation of management, statutory and regulatory reports.

Competencies: Must posses good understanding and proven experience with accounting software packages.

CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER (2)

Qualification: First degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking & Finance or other similar
discipline.

Skills & Experience: 2-3 years experience in credit administration in a financial institution.

Core functions: Credit administration and control; Risk Management; Ensure proper documentation of credit before disbursement; credit monitoring; preparation and rendition of credit returns.

Competencies: Must possess good understanding and proven experience with accounting packages, with good reporting and presentation skills.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER – INTERN

Qualification: OND/HND/Bsc Accounting.

Skills & Experience: Fundamental Knowledge of accounting, Computer Literacy.

Core functions: Management of daily Account information, Filling of account documents
and coding of company transaction before being posted to individual account.

Competencies: Basic understanding of standard software packages (Microsoft Office Tools) to carry out job responsibilities. Oral and written communication skills. Commitment to completion of task.

DRIVER (2)

Qualification: Possession of a valid driver’s license and experienced driver.

Skills & Experience: 6 years driving experience or more, good knowledge of his way within and outside Lagos, understanding highway codes.

Core function(s): Driving.

Competencies: Oral communication skills, Commitment to completion of task, willingness
to travel, vehicle maintenance.
